The 19% List: Rebrand
Skills shown: logo and brand design, publication design, advertisement, graphic design, content, editing

Within Harrington Starr, they have 'The 19% List' initiative, which I felt needed a modern refresh from the previous design. Much like with the International Women's Day event, I wanted to use the blue and purple gradient to retain brand consistency and build something that is recognisable. This was also the case in using the "moving the needle" graphic, which is often used in their DEI content as it nods to the idea of pushing the boundaries and improving the stats.

I felt overall I had created a stronger, more powerful brand that had more impact than its predecessor. I also felt that using photography and not just graphics was essential if we wanted to create inspiring, motivational content.
